Double checking correct use of statistical test for exposure assessment

Hi,
I'm analyzing data from an exposure assessment of dose related to timed exposure (10 different exposure times). I've already run an ANOVA that determined that dose was statistically different between the tested exposure times, now I want to determine exactly which exposure times mattered. I was initially thinking I could do this with multivariate regression. Is this correct or should I use another test?
