I am comparing the effect of two compounds on the behavior of an insect and generate data with time vs different dosages of the compounds. I am showing the results using median and Wilcoxon rank-sum test as the data is skewed.

For each dosage, I am comparing the effect of the 2 compounds. So, I was advised to use Bonferroni Correction in my stats as I am doing multiple hypotheses testing. But, I can't find the option for correction in the software, GraphPad, I'm using. Does SPSS or other stats software include Bonferroni Correction in Wilcoxon rank-sum test, or I have to do it manually?
