    chisq.test with correction

    Hi,

    I Know with the data
    Code:
       a c t
    1 1 1 1
    2 1 1 0
    3 2 3 2
    4 1 1 0
isn't possible to apply a chisq.test because I have a small values of data. It's possible to apply chisq.test with correction? What is the difference?

Actually I have seen you post the same topic for a number of times and I am not sure about the exact assumptions/hypotheses of your test.

Anyway it seems that you want to look at some exact test. You may try to look at the Fisher exact test (with the marginal total fixed) or the Barnard's test.
