    Normal distribution function

    Hi,

Is the following integral equels to F(z)(distribution function for standard normal distribution at point z) but we dnt know which distribution z is coming from.
    z is an observation.

    \int_{z}^{\infty} \frac{1}{\sqrt{2 \pi}}e^{-\frac{x^2}{2}} dx = 1-F(z)

    Thanks & Regards
