Hypothesis testing for very large sample sizes

    Hello everyone,

I am trying to figure out which hypothesis test is best for my research.

I have two groups of patients (Group 1, n = 726,314 and Group 2, n = 3.2 million). I have calculated the prevalence rates of the diseases for the two groups.

Many of these are not normally distributed and have unequal variance.

Do I need to run Mann Whitney tests, or can I use t-test without assuming equal variances since n is so large?

    Thanks in advance.

Please only post a topic once. I deleted your other thread.
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.
