    1-bimoncdf vs binomcdf

    Hey, everyone. I'm new here, and I was just wondering what the difference is between 1-Binomcdf and Binomcdf?

    In general the CDF of a random variable X, F_X(x) = \Pr\{X \leq x\}

    and the survival function 1 - F_X(x) = 1 - \Pr\{X \leq x\} = \Pr\{X > x\}

    Obviously they are different and I wonder why you ask this.

    Is this just the cumulative probability of an event and the latter the cumulative probability of the event not happening?
