    which analysis method

    Hello,

I want to compare 1 control and 2 study groups (all of them different cell lines) for cell proliferation assay.

    For control group:

    UT: Untreated
    M: Mock
    NC: Negatif control
    d1: Drug 1
    d2: Drug 2
    d3: Drug 3

    UT M nc d1 d2 ut+d3 m+d3 nc+d3 d1+d3 d2+d3
    Day 1
    Day 2
    Day 3
    Day 4
    Day 5

    For Group 1:

    UT M nc d1 d2 ut+d3 m+d3 nc+d3 d1+d3 d2+d3
    Day 1
    Day 2
    Day 3
    Day 4
    Day 5

    UT M nc d1 d2 ut+d3 m+d3 nc+d3 d1+d3 d2+d3
    Day 1
    Day 2
    Day 3
    Day 4
    Day 5

I want to compare all groups, subgroups for 5 days.

Which analysis methods do you recommend to me?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your help.

    Re: which analysis method

I think it's a repeated measures analysis with three groups, so I'd go with a GLM repeated measures or two-way repeated measures ANOVA (which are sort of the same thing in some programs).

    What software are you using?

    Thank you for your reply.
