1/24 * 1/314 * 1/12, given these conditions are not related in risk. May be interesting to establish a common denominator to understand there relative prevalence.

Is it wise to assume independence here though?
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.

This individual has been exposed to hazardous chemicals. Would that make any difference in the numbers?

    So the answer is 1/90,470?

    Re: Multiple Ailments

If this is not just a hypothetical probability problem, there may be slight concerns about the calculated probability. Perhaps the exposure,
possibly other issues such as whether individuals with copd are more sedentary or have a history of smoking which can be related to heart disease. Also whether the prevalences used where constructed from comparable samples and whether the copd indidlviduals could have included heart disease and Parkinson disease individuals since those groups are not mutually exclusive.

    Could be many slight issues.

If it's 1/90,470 does that mean 1 out of 90,470 have all three illnesses?
