I'm new in this forum, please bare with me
I've been trying to find out the name of the "follows distribution" symbol, but I haven't got any luck.
I know that most of the times we use the "tilde" as in:
Y ~ B(N, p)
but I've seen this:
So, what's the proper way to write this? And does the symbol have a name? does anybody know if there's a LaTeX command to write this?
