HIV Research: Do I want to do a cluster analysis?

    See attached image:

I'm looking at the performance of HIV clinics in New York State. Performance is measured in the proportion of patients whose viral loads were suppressed. In my EDA, I saw that there are two groups of small clinics: (1) Pr[suppression] > 0.58 and Pr[suppression] < 0.58.

    My question:
What data mining method would you suggest if I want to see what distinguishes these two groups?

    Software:
    I use R.

Thanks so very much for your suggestions.

I'm not sure what the meaning of "data mining method" is.
A regression approach could be an option, either with the
actual Pr of suppression as dependent variable, or with the
2 groups as dependent variable (although I don't know
whether the grouping was reliable and valid).

    With kind regards

    K.
