I have 6 variables (A,B,C,D,E,F) in two groups named X and Y. The sorting sequence of the values of the 6 variables between the two groups is different. For example, the ascending sequence of the values is ABCDEF in group X. In group Y, however, the ascending sequence of the values is BECADF. My question is: is there a statistical value to describe the difference of this sorting sequence quantitively? Thanks for your attention!
