Probability that a normal random variable lies between 2 values

Hi all, I have been looking at this problem for a little while now and can't get anywhere with it. All of my notes relate to a variable lying between 2 z-scores, not 2 values so I'm not exactly sure where to start.

    The question is:

Suppose X is a normal random variable (mean=11, SD=2). Find the probability that X is greater than 6 and less than 10.

    Thanks!
