The probability of not dying in 100 jumps are simply ((400 000-1)/400 000)^100. Now I think you can figure out the probability of dying in 10 000 jumps.
Hi all. I'm a skydiver and I just wanted to see if somebody could help me with a quick probability question.
So, if we assume that there is a one in 400,000 chance of dying on a skydive, what is the probability that I will die if I make 100 jumps? 500? 1000? 5000? 10,000?
Thanks for the help. I tried to look it up, but I don't think I was able to phrase it correctly.

Thanks for the help. I like those odds
