    Simple stats question

I am looking for a brief explanation/answer for this question to help my son with his homework as I am useless with stats.

A two way ANOVA (AxB) with 6 Dep. Var. If a univariate analysis is performed on each DV at the .05 alpha level how many statistical tests have been performed in total?

    Your help is greatly appreciated

It is not clear. what you mean by univariate analysis here? is it univariate ANOVA?
I guess you just need a single MANOVA test( if all the assumptions are true).
In the long run, we're all dead.
