    help with Kaplan-Meier curve

I was trying to make a simple KM curve. The event is the death of cancer patients. The time is the time between diagnosis to last follow up. The patients were stratified into two groups. The KM curve will be made for each strata. The problem is that the sample sizes of two strata are very unbalanced. One strata has 30-40 patients, the other strata has less than 10. I want to know how it is going to affect the KM curve and folowing log rank test. Is there any sample size requirement for KM curve?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

I've developed an online tool which will help you see the effect of sample size on the K-M confidence bands:

    http://www.evanmiller.org/ab-testing...al-curves.html

That tool will also perform the log-rank test for you.
