3x3 factorial design, repeated outcome measure

I have a 3x3 factorial design (3 levels of treatment and 3 different environments) - the outcome is a repeated measurement taken at every week - the question is how are the various combos of the 2 factors (9 in total) related to changes in the outcome over time. What analysis do you recommend given the data? Thanks in advance.

Could you tell us something about the actual topic of
this study, the sample sizes across conditions, the
number of repeated measurements, and what was
actually measured and on which scale level?

    With kind regards

    K.
