I want to check if the making of calls is depending of several variables (e.g. number of individuals present, number of females, number of males)... ....I have this data for both the situation were calls were made and not made....
The problem is that the sample size of the cases were calls were made (N=28) is much smaller then the cases were calls were not made (N>100)...
I was thinking of doing something with bootstrapping (e.g. compare the 28 cases with calls with 28 randomly selected cases of no calls; and repeating that lots of times), but I am not sure if this is possible. I am mainly worried that I will be randomly selecting the non call cases and comparing them with a fixed sample of call cases... ...any suggestions??
