I would run a Cronbach's alpha test on your three constructs to see how reliable they are together. In SPSS, go to Analyze -> Scale -> Reliability Analysis. Run it separately for each of your three constructs. You'd want to see an alpha score of at least .70. The higher, the more internally valid your construct.

Looking at your output, I'd say off-hand that your integrity and benevolence constructs do not appear all that internally valid given they split into different components.

yes I know about the reliability I will do it but first I want to do the factor analysis > compare relationship between variables. I heard I should remove those that are not in the same category of item if one item goes into another is that correct ?

I should just remove it ? I mean delete the question or what ?
