    Help with PCA-Loading Interpretation

    Hey People

Im currently learning to use multivariate analysis in my PhD project, and have an Abstract deadline and a Statistician on holiday so I hoped to find help here, sorry if its a stupid question or stgh.

Not the question is, I have done a PCA using the SIMCA software, Variables are Symptoms, Observations are patients, and I am irritated because every loading plot explanation I can find has positive as well as negative loading, but mine only has positive so I dont know which variables to attribute to the observations of the left side of my scatterplot.
The coloring in the picture attached shows how I interpreted the loading plot.
Please tell me if that is correct??
Thank you very much for any help!
