    Canonical Correspondance Analysis interpretation




    Hi ,

    I'm trying to do a CCA on two data sets , species dataset vs environment variables dataset
    the results are in the attached png .

    What are the rules for interpreting the graphic plot of a cca ?

    I am not familiar with CCA, but I see that there is a nice explanation in Greenacre's book on Correspondence Analysis (chapter 24). Maybe you can give a read....
