what to do with duplicate subjects in data set

I have 2 subjects in my data set that I suspect are duplicates-also the data is highly unusual, do I exclude then from analysis?

According to the data set, both subjects are 7 year old males with cholesterol readings of 768 mmHg. Say what????

BTW, this is a fake data set and is part of a homework question for my biostatistics class
