    As you stated, I'm just an R novice, but with the replicate do you need a seed number to be able to replicate the replicate (is it based on an internal clock)?


    Looks like good work above. I was also interested in simulation and bootstrapping for power calculations. I think at one point I was getting carried away and thinking about bootstrapping simulations, now that is silliness.
