What's the best place to purchase an Academic Version of SPSS?

Rather than paying $$ to buy SPSS, you'd be better off downloading the PSPP from http://gnu.org/software/pspp --- it's a really great free version. It works just like SPSS, reads and writes SPSS data files and does all the common things that SPSS does. Unlike the SPSS student version it a) doesn't cost any money; b) doesn't have any limits on the number of variables or case counts; c) doesn't expire after 6 months.
