comparison of two tests with gold standard . which statistic analysis to be used ?

Hi . I have just finished a study where in two tests were performed on the same patients and final diagnosis checked with the gold standard performed on the same patient. my sample size is 50 . I have calculated sensitivity , specificity , PPV , NPV , and likelihood ratios. Which statistical analysis should i use to calculate p value ? fischer test or chi square or mc nemar ?
