hello everyone.
I have a problem in deciding which test to solve this situation: I have 7 groups of patients, and I want to test wheter the distribution of each lineage of lymphocyte subpopulation differ among groups. Each subpop is described as a percentage of the total number of cells, no absolute count.
So.. should i just check for normality and then opt either for ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis for independent samples based on that or there are other solutions?

Thank you in advance
