    Survey design question

I am designing a household survey with a sample size of 400. This is a two stage design with 40 clusters selected at first stage and 10 households from each cluster at the second stage. One of the requirements is that these 30 clusters be selected proportionately from 10 geographical areas. what is the best method to ensure that there is a proportional representation of clusters from these areas?

    thanks

This was stuck in the moderator queue and I just saw it. Do you still want help with this?
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.
