I am new in this forum, I have a question and I hope you could help me!

Suppose that I have to measure 10 independent variables on 60 subjects; these subjects are divided into two groups (for example with disease and without disease). I want to test if each variable significantly differs between the groups, then I use t-test on each variable, obtaining 10 p-values.

My question is: having collected a lots of variables (10) from the same subjects and having calculated 10 differents p-values, is necessary to correct these p-values using Bonferroni (or other similar corrections)?
