    Equivalence limit in Bioequivalence studies

    Hi All,

Need this input from you..in bioequivalence studies, can we use the equivalence limit of (-0.2) instead of (+0.2) since the range is +/-0.2.

Can you help me with the ramifications if -0.2 is used.

    Looking forward for your inputs..

    thanks,
    Charan

I have always used the two sided approach. I guess by specifying only + 20% you are just saying that a negative change is not important in your area of study
