    Kruskal-Wallis and post-hoc tests

    Hi,

Can I do post-hoc tests, such as Scheffé's test, while I'm performing a Kruskal-Wallis test?

    Thanks.

Yeah you can follow up KW tests with pairwise Wilcoxon rank sums where you correct the pvalues for false discovery.
