I am not a quantitative researcher but am trying to understand an analysis that was run for me on SPSS. The data set has 100 children and I wanted to look at the differences in survey responses based on gender for a pretest and post test intervention survey. Could you please provide a description for me of what type of analysis this might be? Any help is much appreciated--then I can read about this type of design to better understand.
