coefficient variance decomposition test for multicollinearity

    good day,

please assist me in interpreting the results of the coefficient variance decomposition test. i am a bit confused; i think the condition numbers of eigen values show that there is collinearity since they are less than 0.001 but the decomposition proportions are less than 0.5. apparently if they are more than 0.5 indicates high levels of multicollinearity. so i have a problem concluding on the results of the test. i have attached a document with the test output results. thank you in advance
