Help with a simple linear regression with a huge backlog of data

Hi there. I am trying to run a regression that will help me predict Y from X. While this is pretty simple and I have done it already, I have many example for this variable.

I have 50 companies from one sector and I am trying to find a single equation that will help me "try" to predict Y from X in a single sector. Is this possible in anyway? Is there a way for me to combine 50 Equations into one? or maybe I have to run a different set of regressions? I have been using SPSS as my tool. Is there a different model that I can run that will help me achieve this goal?

    Thank you in advance.

In statistics, simple linear regression is the least squares estimator of a linear regression model with a single explanatory variable.
