Hii all, i need help with a question that i have to solve during statistics methods for mechanical engineering course:
A.Suppose you need to choose a natural number, show that your choice will always be tilted, and that the probabilty to choose some numbers is greater then the probability to choose other numbers.
B.find a mathematical model that show this probabilty.

Have a look at the probability mass functions associated with Zipf's Law and a special case of it - Benford's Law. That might point you in the right direction.
It just sounds like it's asking you to prove that you can't put a uniform probability distribution over the natural numbers.
Think about what the probability of any given value would have to be if there was a way to do this (you can't necessarily tell me the number but you could refer to it by some value... maybe "c"). Then think about what that means for the probability of the entire set of natural numbers.
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.
