Finding the mean of a sample mean

Just started this course. I am a 59 year old who is considering a major career change. Needed statistics (Intro) in order to take further Psychology courses. I am lost. Not sure if it is my old brain, or if I'm just plain not cut out for this way of thinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to learn this stuff.

Random sample size of 100 drawn from a population with a mean of 50, and a standard deviation of 10. Find the mean of the sample mean.

The mean of the sample mean is the mean.
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.
