    Fisher Test for 5x2 table with SAS or R

    Hi,

    I wish to perform a Fisher Test for a 5x2 contingency table.
    I have a patient population divided in to 5 treatment groups, each with a binomial outcome.

    I am learning how to use SAS and R (Rstudio and deducer) and I'd be much delighted if you could guide me either of the two programs.

    Regards,
    BioStatNoob.

    This should be the SAS code:

    Code:
    proc freq data=your_data;
        table treatment*outcome / fisher;
    run;
    Stop cowardice, ban guns!

    This should be the R code if your dataset only has the two variables in it:

    Code:
    fisher.test(your_data)
    Stop cowardice, ban guns!
