Hi there,

My study investigates factors that influence resistance to change in an organisation. The independent variables are: trust, communication, age and participation.

For the purpose of this study, the target population (N=25) answered self-administered questionnaires, using a Likert-scale. Each independent variable was analysed using 4-5 questions (including the dependent variable - resistance -, with 7 questions), and they all show a strong Cronbach alpha index.

How can I now conduct a paired sample t-test and bivariate correlation analysis seeing as I have such fragmented results? Do I need to combine all of the answers under each element into one?

Thank you so much for your time!
