comparing sensitivity, specificity, and PPV of different cohorts-is it possible?

hello and thanks in advance for helping out!

i hope that my questions will not be terribly on-profesional ..
i'm trying to figure how to compare the sensitivity, specificity, and PPV of two different tests in differenent cohorts. let me please explain:
a blood test x is known to have certainn sensitivity, specificity and PPV for outcome of surgery A. there is also a cohort of patients undergoing surgery B, for whom i suspect a blood test b will give valuable sensitivity, specificity and PPV. these 2 cohorts are independent

my question is whether it is possible to compare the sensitivity, specificity and PPV of this test in order to tell if they are statisticlly different. the same question goes for the differences in odd ratios

    Thank you!

Same gold standard used? How comparable are the cohorts?

they are comparable, have 502 and 509 patients, and 111 and 109 events, respectively. same gold standard used
