    The appropriate regression analysis

The study is about the factors (Independent Variables) affecting a choice between two alternatives (Dependent Variable).
The study includes a moderating variable.
Cross sectional data will be collected.

What type of regression analysis i should use to do the test?
How the purpose of the study should be stated to fit cross-sectional based design?

    Re: The appropriate regression analysis

We really need more information, but often if the dependent variable is only two alternatives, we code them 0 and 1 and use logistic regression or general linear model.

In addition you would include an interaction term to test for modification.

I've approved this post from the moderation queue, but all of your posts seem to be one-line contentless posts that contribute nothing to the conversation. If you're a real person and want to contribute, try to do so in a meaningful fashion please. Otherwise we're left unsure whether you're a spambot trying to build up credibility on the forum by making lots of posts.
