This is a question pertaining to a real-life data analysis. It is for a meta-analysis. In order to include the data for this particular study I have to extract the mean and standard deviation from a published dataset. My question is follows.

There are two groups A and B (number of patients basically)
group A n= 70 B n= 69

For variable c....(a continuous variable)

group A Root mean square = 3.35 and group B RMS = 6.87....Group A median error = 1.9, Group B median error = 3.9 (p value for this comparison of median errors = 0.0001)...my question is can you calculate the Mean for A and B?
