Calculating Sample Size for Prospective Study

I'm trying to calculate the sample size needed for an observational prospective study that is assessing social predictors of depressive symptom worsening. I will be using a self-report scale as my measurement of worsening and this will be a continuous variable (going to be using it a multiple time points--i.e. baseline, week 2, week 4, week 12). There is no intervention in my study and this will be conducted in a single group (no control/comparator group).

How am I able to calculate the sample size needed if using 80% power and significance at 0.05? Also, I wanted to use survival analysis to predict the time of the event (depression relapse).
