    This may be what you should be interested in, see below. You have two binomial distributed variables. T-test is primarily used with continuous not binary data. In some scenarios where you have a very large data set, the binomial distribution can converge toward a normal looking distribution based on central limit theorem. In these scenarios the T-test could be used, though you have two very small samples.
