    Multilinear regression?

    Hi, all:

I need help for my research. I would like to develop an analytical method to detect the toxin A metabolites in exposed human urine; I try to find the most efficient enzyme for the method. There were many enzymes in marketing. I pick three most popular enzymes. Then, I plan to Multilinear Regression based on different time and concentration to determine which enzyme will be the best and in which optimistic condition. The time will be 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min. The concentration will be 25mg, 50mg, 75mg and 100mg.

How is my statistical model? Am I using the right one? If not, please advice. Thanks.

Do the enzymes have an established cut-off? You may be looking at logistic regression and comparing the ROC curves.
