    Calculate component of percentage change

Hi there, I have an interesting challenge which I hope someone can help me resolve. Please consider the attached table image showing periodic changes in fraud rates.

What I need to do is work out what proportion of the total fraud rate change (+0.21%) is attributable to each of the underlying components (geographical regions in my example table). Is there a standard method for breaking down a percentage change in this way? For example, I would like to be able to say that the U.S. change accounts for +0.15% of the +0.21% total change, while LA/C accounts for +0.03% of the +0.21% total change, etc.

    All advice/help greatly appreciated, thanks!
