Can any regression analyses be run as a model II regression?

I've done model II linear regressions but what if I wanted to do a piecewise regression, or a quantile regression, or an ANCOVA? Would I be able to make the regression (components) of these analyses model II (i.e., there is error in Y and X)?

Can you describe what you mean by "model II linear regression". Effects, two steps (models), etc.?

I believe they mean a Deming Regression aka Errors in Variables regression as they mentioned errors in both the X and Y.

Correct. I'm assuming that there is error in both my X and Y variables as opposed to just my Y.
