Exclamation How to use Regression to solve this task

I am new to statistics and in uni we use SPSS to solve statistical problems.
I have difficulty to orientate how to solve a problem with Regression by using collected data from multiple sources.
    The task is the following:

Is there a connection between using legal and illegal drugs(alcohol, cigars, drugs) and sexual orientation. The hypothesis is that people who consider themselves bisexual or gay have higher risk of developing addiction n comparison to people who identify as heterosexual.
So I have three groups and I need to compare them. There are 2 independent and 2 dependent variables. Any ideas how to do that in SPSS with Regression?

Can you list out exactly what you are considering the independent and dependent variables and how they are formatted?
