ROC curve based on means and variances of controls and cases

    Hi!

Does anyone know of an R package (or any other statistical freeware or just a piece of code in a general purpose language) that lets you plot a smooth ROC curve knowing only the means and variances of the control and case groups? That is, one that doesn't require specific classifier values and test outcomes. I found a couple of online graph plotters that do just that:

You could just simulate your data then plot. Do you want the interactive function like in your likes?

It wouldn't be too hard to make. Heck I could write some code to make the static plots in about ten minutes. Would you want it to be interactive? If so one would most likely resort to making a shiny app.
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.

Although that first one actually is a shiny app already. So they either wrote some R code to do that or are using a package that does it. Have you tried contacting them and seeing if they either have their code available or would be willing to share the code to make a static plot?
