Hi all,

I think this is a fairly straightforward question but I am not experienced in this sort of work so I'm seeking help!

I am doing research on a data set that has measurements of three different types of a cell of in a tissue sample. I am looking at which type is the most common. Samples are taken from two sites (leg/arm) and from many different individuals in two ethnic groups. So I have three dependent variables (cell type A/B/C) and two independent variables (sample site/ethnic group).

I am trying to figure out how to do comparisons - I would like to know if there are higher percentages of each cell type in the different sample sites, and then if there are higher percentages in the different ethnic groups.

Any help would be appreciated! I am working with SPSS.
