Chi square p value <0.01 but graph pad prompts not valid

Hello all, i have used graph pad prism to calculate p- value. my contingency table contains some observed frequencies which are 0. my p-value has come out <0.01 but am being prompted that it is not valid. should i consider the findings significant or not?
hope you can help me. i need it for my thesis submission.
    thanks in advance.

Typically the observed frequencies won't dictate whether the test is "valid" - it's the expected frequencies that we typically look at. Are all the expected frequencies above 5?
I don't have emotions and sometimes that makes me very sad.
