ANOVA test noob (need help in a Project)

I am a graduate student who just did take one stat course in my undergraduate study, and this is the first time for me to have to use ANOVA table, my Prof did told us an introduction about ANOVA in the class, I did all the calculations. and I have the F value for my data.
now I reached the point where I should compare the calculated F value with the one from the table. but as i told you this is my first time. how can I use the table.

I did Google search and now i have the table

this site offers 3 table which one should i use?
and what is P? how can i figure what P should i use?

Now I know that i have to use P = 0.05, but dont know why! (some site told me it is the least acceptable value- didn't understand how)
and now i have my value from the table.

what does it mean if my calculated value less than the one from the table? does that means that all means are equal or not?
