Hi,

I have a data set containing 126 variables of a company measured over 40 years (1 measure per variable per year), and I need to combine PCA with Cronbach's alpha for an assignment. Would this data be appropriate? Can the different years be regarded as independent or is their dependence a possible obstacle for these techniques?
